If a dispute cannot be resolved through Customer Support channels, you and jlljl agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration law and procedures.

11. Termination and Suspension

11.1 Account Closure by Player

You may close your jlljl account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. After closure, you will no longer have access to your account or gaming history.

11.2 Account Suspension or Termination by jlljl

jlljl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity

Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked. jlljl may, at its sole discretion, forfeit any bonus funds and winnings derived from violative activities, but will return legitimate deposits where appropriate.

11.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. jlljl reserves the right to charge an administrative fee for maintaining dormant accounts. You will be notified before any fees are assessed and given opportunity to reactivate your account.
